1: Title: Analysis of the peptides detected in atopic dermatitis and various inflammatory diseases patients-derived sera.
Authors: Yin, Shang-Jun, et.al. .
Journal: International journal of biological macromolecules (Int J Biol Macromol), 2017 .
Snippet: After proteomic analyses, target proteins were validated from AD patient-derived sera using ELISA or Western blotting methods We detected zinc finger CCHC domain containing 10 (ZCCHC10), peptidoglycan recognition protein L (PGRP-L), kininogen, α-1-antitrypsin, and hornerin proteins that are dysregulated in AD patient sera samples, which suggest effective approaches to methodologically analyze the serum proteome.
