K33-linked polyubiquitination of Zap70 by Nrdp1 controls CD8(+) T cell activation.Cao et al., Beijing, China. In Nat Immunol, Dec 2015
Here we found that Nrdp1, a ring finger-type E3 ligase, mediated Lys33 (K33)-linked polyubiquitination of the signaling kinase Zap70 and promoted the dephosphorylation of Zap70 by the acidic phosphatase-like proteins Sts1 and Sts2 and thereby terminated early TCR signaling in CD8(+) T cells.
E3 ubiquitin ligases in ErbB receptor quantity control.Carraway, Sacramento, United States. In Semin Cell Dev Biol, 2010
Here the involvement of ErbB-directed E3 ubiquitin ligases is discussed, including Nrdp1-mediated ErbB3 degradation, ErbB4 degradation mediated by Nedd4 family E3 ligases, and CHIP-mediated ErbB2 degradation.
Negative regulation of ErbB family receptor tyrosine kinases.Carraway et al., Sacramento, United States. In Br J Cancer, 2004
These include intracellular RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligases such as cbl and Nrdp1 that mediate ErbB receptor degradation, and may include a wide variety of secreted and transmembrane proteins that suppress receptor activation by growth factor ligands.
