Selection of reference genes for normalization of quantitative polymerase chain reaction data in mouse models of heart failure.Xu et al., Nanjing, China. In Mol Med Report, 2015
The present study investigated the expression stability of eight candidate reference genes (GAPDH, ACTB, B2M, CycA, TBP, PBGD, HTRP 1 and 18S) in two mouse models of heart failure, including the transverse aortic arch constriction (TAC) model and the myocardial infarction (MI) model, using GeNorm software.
Transcriptional regulation by HSV-1 induced HTRP via acetylation system.Li et al., Kunming, China. In Virol Sin, 2010
The results indicate that HTRP could inhibit the transcription of a viral promoter, whose interaction with SAP30 synergistically affects transcriptional inhibition of the herpes simplex virus type 1 genes, and is related to HDAC enzyme activity.
