Papers on ZNF84
A gene expression signature shared by human mature oocytes and embryonic stem cells.
De Vos et al., Montpellier, France. In Bmc Genomics, 2008
We identified a common oocyte/hESC gene expression profile, which included a strong cell cycle signature, genes associated with pluripotency such as LIN28 and TDGF1, a large chromatin remodelling network (TOP2A, DNMT3B, JARID2, SMARCA5, CBX1, CBX5), 18 different zinc finger transcription factors, including ZNF84, and several still poorly annotated genes such as KLHL7, MRS2, or the Selenophosphate synthetase 1 (SEPHS1).
Gene expression profiling of human endometrial-trophoblast interaction in a coculture model.
von Wolff et al., Heidelberg, Germany. In Endocrinology, 2006
Down-regulated genes included genes for proteolysis (MMP-11 and mitochondrial intermediate peptidase), genes for cell death (caspase 6, death-associated protein kinase 1, and histone deacetylase 5), transcription factors (sex determining region Y-box 4, dachshund homolog 1, ets variant gene 1, and zinc finger protein 84 and 435), and genes for humoral immune response (CD24 antigen).
Hepatocyte proliferation factors from neonatal pig liver: purification and characterization.
Tsuda et al., Isehara, Japan. In Biofactors, 2001
They were named hepatocyte proliferation factor (HPF)-1 and HPF-2 and purified 1,025- and 2,580-fold, respectively.
Assignment to chromosome 12q24.33, gene organization and splicing of the human KRAB/FPB containing zinc finger gene ZNF84.
Grimaldi et al., Napoli, Italy. In Cytogenet Cell Genet, 2000
FISH assignment to chromosome 12q24.33; gene organization and splicing
