A novel formulation of veggies with potent liver detoxifying activity.
Mumbai, India. In Int J Comput Biol Drug Des, 2014
LXR (encoded by NR1H2 and 3) and FXR (known as bile acid receptor) encoded by NR1H4 (nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group H and member 4) are nuclear receptors in humans and are important regulators of bile acid production, cholesterol, fatty acid and glucose homeostasis hence responsible for liver detoxification.
International Union of Pharmacology. LXII. The NR1H and NR1I receptors: constitutive androstane receptor, pregnene X receptor, farnesoid X receptor alpha, farnesoid X receptor beta, liver X receptor alpha, liver X receptor beta, and vitamin D receptor.
Houston, United States. In Pharmacol Rev, 2006
The nuclear receptors of the NR1H and NR1I subgroups include the constitutive androstane receptor, pregnane X receptor, farnesoid X receptors, liver X receptors, and vitamin D receptor.
