A proteomic profiling of laser-microdissected lung adenocarcinoma cells of early lepidic-types.
Tokyo, Japan. In Clin Transl Med, Dec 2015
70 proteins including HPX, CTTN, CDH1, EGFR, MUC1 were found as LPIA-type marker candidates, 15 protein candidates for MIA-type marker included CRABP2, LMO7, and NPEP, and 26 protein candidates for AIS-type marker included LTA4H and SOD2.
Molecular determinants of cancer cell sensitivity and resistance towards the sesquiterpene farnesol.
Mainz, Germany. In Pharmazie, 2013
Among the candidates were genes involved in apoptosis (STAB2, NUMBL), regulation of transcription (CDYL, FOXA2) and diverse other functional groups (INE1, CTRL, MRS2, NEB, LMO7, C9orf3, EHBP1).
Tumor-specific usage of alternative transcription start sites in colorectal cancer identified by genome-wide exon array analysis.
Århus, Denmark. In Bmc Genomics, 2010
RESULTS: By profiling 108 colorectal samples using exon arrays, we identified nine genes (TCF12, OSBPL1A, TRAK1, ANK3, CHEK1, UGP2, LMO7, ACSL5, and SCIN) showing tumor-specific alternative TSS usage in both adenoma and cancer samples relative to normal mucosa.
[Typing of Listeria monocytogenes in import and export foods with PFGE].
Guangzhou, China. In Wei Sheng Yan Jiu, 2010
Particularly, it was identified that there were three subtype strain groups, each group sharing with the same PFGE pattern, and the similarity reaching 100%: the first group including LMO16 from Canada, LMO18 from America and LMO13 from Denmark, the second group including LMO7 from Denmark and LMO22 from Shunde, and the third group including LMO21 from Guangzhou and LMO8 from Shanxi.
PDZ and LIM domain-encoding genes: molecular interactions and their role in development.
Leiden, Netherlands. In Scientificworldjournal, 2006
In mammals, there are ten genes that encode for both a PDZ domain, and one or several LIM domains: four genes of the ALP subfamily (ALP, Elfin, Mystique, and RIL), three of the Enigma subfamily (Enigma, Enigma Homolog, and ZASP), the two LIM kinases (LIMK1 and LIMK2), and the LIM only protein 7 (LMO7).
