Gene expression profiling reveals new aspects of PIK3CA mutation in ERalpha-positive breast cancer: major implication of the Wnt signaling pathway.
Saint-Cloud, France. In Plos One, 2009
PIK3CA mutations were associated with over-expression of several genes involved in the Wnt signaling pathway (WNT5A, TCF7L2, MSX2, TNFRSF11B), regulation of gene transcription (SEC14L2, MSX2, TFAP2B, NRIP3) and metal ion binding (CYP4Z1, CYP4Z2P, SLC40A1, LTF, LIMCH1).
Cytochrome P450 expression and metabolic activation of cooked food mutagen 2-amino-1-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (PhIP) in MCF10A breast epithelial cells.
Tallahassee, United States. In Chem Biol Interact, 2006
Using non-quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), transcripts for CYP1B1, CYP2J2, CYP2R1, CYP2U1, CYP2W1, CYP4B1, CYP4F, CYP4V2, CYP4X1 and CYP4Z1 were detected in both sub-confluent and confluent MCF10A cells.
Profiling cytochrome P450 expression in ovarian cancer: identification of prognostic markers.
United Kingdom. In Clin Cancer Res, 2005
RESULTS: In primary ovarian cancer, several P450s (CYP1B1, CYP2A/2B, CYP2F1, CYP2R1, CYP2U1, CYP3A5, CYP3A7, CYP3A43, CYP4Z1, CYP26A1, and CYP51) were present at a significantly higher level of intensity compared with normal ovary.
