Guadalajara, Mexico. In Immunopharmacol Immunotoxicol, 2013
The I/D polymorphism distribution according to histological class was class II: 1 II, 3 ID, and 1 DD; class III: 2 II, 10 ID, and 1 DD; class IV: 2 II, 9 ID, and 2 DD; class V: 2 II, 3 ID, and 4 DD; and class VI, 1 II.
Structural and functional aspects of the Ly49 natural killer cell receptors.
Genova, Italy. In Immunol Cell Biol, 2005
In this study, we review the function and X-ray crystal structure of the Ly49 NK cell receptors hitherto determined (Ly49A, Ly49C and Ly49I), and the structural features of the Ly49/MHC class I interaction as revealed by the X-ray crystal structures of Ly49A/H-2Dd and the recently determined Ly49C/H-2Kb.
Structure and function of natural killer cell surface receptors.
Rockville, United States. In Annu Rev Biophys Biomol Struct, 2002
The structures of activating and inhibitory NK cell surface receptors and their complexes with the ligands determined to date, including killer immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs) and their complexes with HLA molecules, CD94, Ly49A, and its complex with H-2Dd, and NKG2D receptors and their complexes with class I MHC homologs, are reviewed here.
